We Really Are, Hard as Oak!
Find Insurance NI recently took on Hard as Oak, ‘Ireland’s Hardest 10km Obstacle Course Challenge,’ all in aid of Kinship Care NI.
A team of 15 staff members took part and managed to raise an incredible £850 for the charity.
Kinship Care NI looks after children who cannot be cared for by their own parents, by arranging for the child to live with a relative or family friend (becoming known as a Kinship Carer).
Lana Cairns, Marketing Manager at Find Insurance NI said: “Hard as Oak was a challenge, but we did it! We saw this challenge as a fantastic opportunity to fundraise for Kinship Care NI.
“It wouldn’t have been possible without the co-operation of our staff, who were very keen to get behind such a great cause.’
“Everyone has been extremely generous with their donations and we’d like to thank all of those who helped us reach our fundraising target.”
